SECTION 21 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or price equivalent in store credit.

Assuming you return your purchase within 14 days from receipt, to be eligible for a return:

Product must be in NEW (unmodified and unaltered) condition.

Product must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING packed in an appropriate shipping container.

Product must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service.

You must reach out our customer service department at support@painhero.co to recieve and RMA number that will be placed on the outside of the package you send back to our fulfillment house. Any package that is returned without an RMA number will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Products that are returned will include a minimum restocking fee of $14.95 to cover the shipping and handling and labor cost that was incurred to ship the product out to you in a timely manner.
